Starting To Get Fit Again

I've been on and off with my fitness for a while now, but I started going back to my CrossFit gym today ... again, but with new resolve and a new fire under my butt thanks to this START project.

I've given my friends Shelby and Kaylee full permission to give me SO MUCH CRAP if I'm not at the gym 3 days a week. Yay accountability!

Three days may not sound like much, but it's a START. Gonna do this for 2 weeks and then reassess whether to stay at 3 or up to 4 based on my schedule. Two more to go this week!
